Even though I know Slayerdragon a bit, as we’ve spoken numerous times in the past (and even helped each other for mapping zombie escape maps!), I hadn’t really kept up with his latest works. Seems that this map is one I had never seen or heard of, let alone play. In fact, this map is so good I have regrets not having played it at launch. It has a lot of intensity in gameplay, visuals and closure of the map, even though it doesn’t boast an over-the-top design.

The bossfight is very interesting, although some of the attacks that he has are not entirely accurately readable for dodging.

At the end, however, it seems you are supposed to both defend against the zombies and shoot the combine dropships, and it seems we failed the last objective with a mere 55hp left on the final boss… I guess next time hopefully we’ll do better, but it was a very fun round and I think it showcases nicely the map in its entirity!
