One of the rarer CS1.6 maps with a bossfight at the end. It is heavily inspired by Half-Life 1, featuring the G-man and the Half-Life monorail train, as well as the Nihilanth that acts as the final boss. It’s a tense map, and with the settings on this server it’s actually quite challenging not to get zombified early-on. That makes up a lot about the map, as once you get past the part with the monorail, the bossfight is more of a cutscene really. He only has a push attack that’s really easy to avoid, and has very low health.

Regardless, it’s a nice map and for a change it’s great to see more and more boss battles make their way to CS1.6 Zombie Escape!

GAMEPLAY MODE: Zombie Escape

Zombie Escape is a Source Mod that runs in CS, CS:S and CS:GO. The goal is to escape as a team (CT’s) from the infected (T) that get randomly chosen each round. During the escaping attempt, random and fixed events may happen that reward special items to aid in pushing back the zombies. If the team succeeds in surviving, they win and the zombies are slayed.

If the opposite is true, all humans will become infected and all hope is lost! Make sure to bring good teamwork to the table as you’ll need it to overcome some of the harder challenges such as boss battles and giant zombie hordes.
