This is really a crazy CS1.6 ZE map, like the whole way through. It’s relatively long, has branching paths, multiple choke points and a cool ending that allows for different timings of escaping on the helicopter! The only real problem is that, depending on the server settings, zombies might or might never reach the end, and with the abundance of freeze grenades it often ends up with no zombies reaching the end, or way too late (like when the helicopter is long out of reach). Frankly, the only time you can ever win as zombie is if you are lucky and can zombify many people at the very start of becoming a motherzombie upfront.

Regardless, this has to be one of the coolest and most varied Counter-Strike Zombie Escape maps that I’ve ever seen, and is truly one of my favorites!

GAMEPLAY MODE: Zombie Escape

Zombie Escape is a Source Mod that runs in CS, CS:S and CS:GO. The goal is to escape as a team (CT’s) from the infected (T) that get randomly chosen each round. During the escaping attempt, random and fixed events may happen that reward special items to aid in pushing back the zombies. If the team succeeds in surviving, they win and the zombies are slayed.

If the opposite is true, all humans will become infected and all hope is lost! Make sure to bring good teamwork to the table as you’ll need it to overcome some of the harder challenges such as boss battles and giant zombie hordes.
