Perhaps a little out of season at this point, since we’ve just hit spring right now, but then again it’s still freezing at times! Therefore, here’s Freezy Xmas for Counter-Strike 1.6. A pretty thematic map and well done in that regard. I do find it heavily human sided because of the abundant amount of crouch spots that you need to go through, without having the ability to jump over some low barriers that have plain invisible barriers. This, combined with no anti-camp measures makes this map nearly impossible for zombies. Add onto that people that grief with the door buttons and this makes the map a little frustrating at times.

I do like the final helicopter segment, but I think more routes should be allowed for zombies to reach out to the helicopter in the first place.

A fun map, that could use some new 2020 updates imo. Worth it after all, so enjoy!

GAMEPLAY MODE: Zombie Escape

Zombie Escape is a Source Mod that runs in CS, CS:S and CS:GO. The goal is to escape as a team (CT’s) from the infected (T) that get randomly chosen each round. During the escaping attempt, random and fixed events may happen that reward special items to aid in pushing back the zombies. If the team succeeds in surviving, they win and the zombies are slayed.

If the opposite is true, all humans will become infected and all hope is lost! Make sure to bring good teamwork to the table as you’ll need it to overcome some of the harder challenges such as boss battles and giant zombie hordes.
